New Playsets for 2017: World War II Battle of the Bulge Playset Range

Our 2017 Playset range includes new ‘Tri-Series’ versions of our popular ‘Battle of the Bulge’ playsets. Buy just one, or two, or combine all three to play out the conflict that resulted in the Allies successful push back against the German advance.
When Hitler’s last great push to the West erupted out of the Ardennes forest at Christmastime, 1944, the Nazi armored thrust was blunted at the small but strategically crucial crossroads town of Bastogne, where American troops, fighting with low ammunition, few medical supplies, no winter clothing or white camouflage suits, no air cover and very little artillery support, withstood relentless attacks by massive German tank and infantry units. When asked to surrender, the American commander replied with just one word: “NUTS!” In one of America’s proudest moments of military success, the beleaguered Yanks held out until Patton came to their relief.
